OnTrack Washington County
Washington County is facing a future workforce skills shortage as more jobs today require that workers have at least two years of college or specialized career training after high school. Currently, less than one-third of our citizens have attained this level of education. OnTrack is a coalition of 37 local organizations, working together to align public, private, and non-profit resources and opportunities from cradle to career, empowering individuals to maximize their potential through educational and vocational endeavors. For our students to be “workforce ready”, they must enter kindergarten ready to learn, maintain grade level reading and math skills, be exposed to STEM at an early age, and be aware of career opportunities. Your help today will assist with this critical initiative for our community. Thank you for your support!

Jumpstarting an educational movement in our community and creating/engaging a diverse network of community partners around a shared vision for workforce development requires dedicated staff and a well-funded community outreach plan. Funds raised will be used to hire an Executive Director, offset operating expenses, and provide community outreach (website upgrades, marketing materials, production/printing/distribution of our annual cradle to career readiness report, etc.).
